About The Role
The .Net/C# developer will provide technical and software development skills that support the implementation and development of customer built applications that aim to meet business requirements that are aligned with the business’ strategic objectives and operational goals
What you will be doing:
- Developing high-quality software solutions using C# .NET
- Contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the development team
- Implementing software development best practices and tools
- Designing system architecture
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of your work with others'
- Continuously improving your skills and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Skills and Competencies Required:
Behavioural Skills:
- Ensure appropriate development and architecture
strategies, frameworks, principles, and best practices are understood and applied. - Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies,
and standards and be able to research, recommend,
and apply new technologies - Conformance to standards and best practices.
- Development completed to acceptable quality within
agreed timelines.
Technical Skills:
- ASP.NET/C# and .Net architecture and development
- MVC and Bootstrap
- MS SQL Server
- Entity framework and LINQ knowledge
- JavaScript and jQuery Development
Other:
- Overtime may be required from time to time
- Standby is required on a rotational cycle
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Microsoft Technology stack.
Qualifications Required:
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification are essential.
- MCSD qualification is an added benefit.
